Scholarships Available at ITRI
ITRI is offering 6 PhD Scholarships to people with an interest in researching the future of television. Students from a wide range of disciplines including Media Studies, Marketing and/or Psychology are encouraged to apply, and international students are eligible. It is a three year scholarship that will begin in March 2009.
The Institute houses state of the art research facilities and equipment, including eye tracking, biometrics and facial recognition measurement tools. The Institute also works closely with the many of the world’s leading media networks and advertising brands (see industry partners).
The scholarships offered include a stipend of AUD$20,000 plus tuition and research support. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right people to study within an exceptional environment. Applications will be assessed as they are received, with a final deadline of October 31, 2008.
